Jane Sample is an experienced professional in the areas of training delivery and design, and is a results-oriented business consultant with over 25 years of experience in sales, sales management, marketing, and training facilitation. Ms. Sample has been part of the WRCC team for over 12 years, delivering customer service, goal setting and achievement, and presentation skills seminars. As an independent consultant, Ms. Sample has taught a variety of sales, negotiating, leadership, presentation skills, and customer service courses to a variety of high technology companies during the past 18 years. Her extensive training experience allows her to create an environment where maximum learning occurs by encouraging a high level of participation through discussion, application of concepts, and activities that are relevant to the learner’s business issues. Ms. Sample has also designed courses, customized course materials and case studies, and facilitated in-house developed courses. Prior to becoming a training consultant, Ms. Sample spent ten years at Xerox in a variety of sales, sales management, and marketing positions. In sales, Ms. Sample had both account and product responsibility. Her sales management responsibilities included revenue accountability as well as hiring, training, coaching and counseling employees. In laser printer marketing, Ms. Sample’s responsibilities included managing the success of marketing programs requiring interfacing with engineering, product marketing, field sales, and major customers. Ms. Sample received numerous honors and awards for her performance in sales and management during her tenure at Xerox. Ms. Sample received her B.A. from the University of Southern California, receiving honors at graduation. |
